Due to a water main break, there is a boil order in effect for the following areas:
On Divernon Road from Gun Club to White Post Road
On Kennedy Road from Sugar Creek to Redbud Park
McClelland’s Trailer Court
It may take a few days for samples to be reviewed and the boil order to be lifted. In the meantime, we ask residents in the affected area to boil all water for 3-5 minutes before use. If you have any questions pertaining to this boil order, please contact the city office at 217-438-6151 during regular business hours or 217-438-3351 after hours.
The City of Auburn will be taking sealed bids for surplus properties. The bids must be submitted to the Auburn City Office on or before 4/28/17 before 4 p.m.
