The City of Auburn now offers the opportunity for city utility customers to receive their utility bills online instead of through regular mail. By enrolling in the program, residents waive their right to receive a utility bill through the mail. The form must be completed, signed, and returned to the city utility office in order to be fully enrolled. E-STATEMENT SIGN UP FORM
In order to add text to the form, first, click on the Adobe symbol on the far right of the floating toolbar towards the bottom of the form, to show the Adobe Reader Toolbar. Once the Adobe Reader Toolbar is visible, click on the Sign Button, in the top right corner of the page. This should prompt you to Save a Copy to your computer. Save the Document to your Desktop.
Next, you will open the document from your Desktop. When the document is open, you will once again click on the Sign Button. This will give you two more options; Add Text and Place Signature. Click on Add Text and the Add Text Toolbar will pop up. You can now place your cursor in the boxes to add text.
Once you have completed filling out the form you can print it and return it to the city office.
