The Auburn Community Center is located at 118 N. 5th Street and is available to rent for special occasions, such as baby or bridal showers, family gatherings, birthday parties, and group meetings.
Depending on setup, the Center can accommodate 70 to 100 people. Tables, chairs, and kitchen area (includes stove, microwave, and refrigerator) are available to use with the rental of the space
Those who wish to rent the community center can print the form out online or visit the City Utility Office during normal business hours (Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) A deposit must be made at the time of completing the application. If an application is completed and turned in after hours, the deposit must be included with the contract to fully reserve the date.
A copy of the paid contract will be e-mailed or mailed to the individual who completed the application for proof of payment and reservation.
- For Community Club Meetings – $5.00 (Community Center club rental)
- For Residents (Auburn Utilities) – $75.00 ($25 refunded when cleaned & key returned) (Community Center in town)
- For Non-Residents (non-Auburn Utilities) – $150.00 ($50 refunded when cleaned & key returned) (Community Center out of town)
